Underwater Squad Marine Shock Cord/Bungee

Our bulk rolls of shock cord (bungee) is a long lasting and durable. It is rot-proof, waterproof, and resistant to mold, mildew and UV. Shock cord is constructed of continuous synthetic rubber strands with a nylon abrasion-resistant braided jacket, suitable for marine applications. Stretches 100% of its original length; a piece { 30 cm } long will stretch to { 61 cm }.

Shock cord is sold by the metre.

Tek Tips:

{ 3 mm } - Thin - similar to cooked spaghetti, often used for wrist mounts (Computers/Compass), epaulet replacement / snoopy loops.

{ 5 mm } - Thick - Use as hose retainer or regulator necklace, more resistant to twisting when wearing.

{ 6 mm } - Extra Thick - Use for making side mount loop bungees (Suitable for Aluminium tanks)

{ 8 mm } - Extra Thick - Use for making side mount loop bungees (Suitable for Steel tanks), Tarpaulins, luggage straps.
